Parties
These terms apply between the party providing the service under the CADAGEN brand and the user of the service. Contact: destek@cadagen.com.
Service description
CADAGEN is a cloud service that turns text or image inputs into CAD files (STEP, STL). Generated files are a starting point for standard parts; you are expected to review them before manufacturing. Automatic generation may not suffice for every design; complex work may be routed for expert review.
Credits and billing
Credits are reserved at the start of generation; when the job finishes, actual usage is charged and any excess reserve is refunded. On generation failure, the full reserve is refunded. STEP and STL downloads are free. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Monthly free credit policy is described on the Pricing page.
Withdrawal and refunds
Purchased credit packs are a digital service. For unused credits you may request a refund via destek@cadagen.com; payment-provider (Creem) rules and consumer law remain reserved. Credits already spent on generation are not refunded. On generation failure, reserved credits are refunded as described above. Price and pack summary are shown before checkout; payment confirmation comes from the payment provider.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. Firearms, explosives, ammunition, illegal lock-picking / security-bypass tools, and similar illegal or clearly harmful designs are prohibited. Uploading images or text to copy someone else's branded product or protected design without permission is prohibited. We may refuse a job, restrict or close an account, and notify authorities when required.
Use of outputs
Generated CAD files are provided "as is". CADAGEN does not guarantee that files meet any specific manufacturing method, tolerance or safety requirement. For critical, load-bearing, medical, or safety applications you must validate files before production.
Intellectual property
You own the designs you describe. You represent that you have the rights needed for any images or text you upload. The service operator may keep job records to provide the service and identity-free training rows to improve it (see Privacy Policy). For copyright notices, email destek@cadagen.com.
Disputes
Turkish law applies to disputes. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey have jurisdiction.
